About Jay Corral
With over 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience, Jay Corral brings a proven track record of driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships.
For the past 14 years, Jay thrived at Dell Technologies, where he progressed from frontline technology solution selling to district and area management, and ultimately to a principal role in Dell’s private-equity-focused practice. In this role, he worked closely with executives and portfolio companies to unlock value through technology, strategy, and execution.
Before Dell, Jay spent 10 years at Cintas Corporation in both sales and sales leadership roles. During his time there, he built a strong foundation in consultative selling and leadership—developing teams that consistently exceeded expectations and delivered measurable business results.
